That sign, and the door itself, is the Dreambox landing page — it's the very first thing anyone sees, whether they already have an account or not.

1. Go to the Dreambox homepage in your web browser.
2. Scroll to see the hero banner, the four subscription options, and the "Why Dreambox" section explaining the value.
3. To create an account, find the sign-up card and choose email & password or Sign in with Google.
4. If using email, type your email address and a password, then click Sign Up.
5. If using Google, click the Google button and pick your Google account in the popup.
6. Once signed in, the page automatically shows a "Go to your dashboard" button instead of the sign-up form.

1. Sign in and you'll land here automatically, or click Dashboard from anywhere.
2. The header greets you by your real name and shows your real member number and join date — these are assigned automatically the very first time you sign in.
3. Use the sidebar to jump to AI Space, My Products, My Businesses, Community, Credits, GenZ Pro, Website Builder, or Store Builder.
4. Use the quick-access cards in the middle of the page for one-click jumps to the same places.
5. Try the built-in Dreambox AI widget — type an idea or keyword, and it writes a real, ready-to-use draft (like a product description or a social caption) back to you.
6. Click Sign Out in the sidebar when you're done.

🧠What is this?

My Products is like your own bookshelf. Some books came pre-loaded when you moved in (the sample starter products), and you can also pick up books other people in the neighborhood are sharing (real listings from other members) and add them to your shelf.

1. Click My Products from the sidebar or a quick-access card.
2. If your shelf is empty, you'll see six real, spec-named starter products — these become genuinely yours as real records the first time you view the page.
3. Scroll down to see real listings other members have made available — each shows its real price (or "Free").
4. Click a product card to open its detail page: Start Here, Foundation, The Formula, Niche #3, and Get Help sections, each with real content.
5. Click Get on a free listing to add it to your account instantly, or Buy Now on a priced one to check out with real Stripe payment.

🧠What is this?

Imagine setting up your own little town square (a Community) where people can join, plus a whole toolbox of shop tools (the Business Toolkit) — a contact book, a help-desk, a mail machine, a cash register, and even a way to earn a little something when your friends join too.

1. Click Community in the sidebar.
2. Click Create Community, give it a name, choose whether it's public or private, and pick who can join.
3. Share your real, unique registration link so people can join your real community.
4. From the community's manage page, view the real member list, remove members if needed, and watch the real 14-day growth chart.

🛠️Step-by-step: Business Toolkit

1. Click Business Toolkit from your dashboard.
2. CRM: add a real contact (name, email, phone, address, URL, notes), and click an email, phone number, address, or URL right in the table to open your mail app, dialer, Google Maps, or a new tab for it — no copy-pasting. Create real Groups to organize contacts and filter the table by one; define your own real Custom Fields (text, number, or date) that instantly show up as extra inputs on the contact form; select several contacts at once for a real bulk delete or bulk group-assign; and page through a large list 25, 50, or 100 at a time.
3. Support Tickets: submit a real ticket and track its real status right there on your own list — with real search, sort, and up to 100 per page once you've got a few. Replies from a real staff member show up right on your ticket, and moving your ticket to Pending or Closed automatically sends you a real message explaining what changed.
4. Manage Listings: create a real product listing with a name, type, price, description, and its own fulfillment details (a download link, a license key, access instructions — whichever fit the listing's type), then click Copy Offer Link for a real, shareable sales page. Every new listing starts as Pending review — a staff or admin account has to approve it before it can actually be sold — so give it a little time (or check in with an admin) before sharing the link widely.
5. Email Campaigns: write your subject and body with the same full rich text editor used everywhere else in DreamBox, then click Send Preview — it always goes to your own verified email first, never straight to a real contact. That preview becomes a real, Pending campaign in a list below the form, where you can still edit it (subject and body, same rich editor, pre-filled) or delete it. Once you're happy with how it looks, click Send to Contacts on it and choose one specific contact, a whole Group, or everyone in your CRM — it then moves itself to your Sent list with real delivery counts. Click Build with AI right next to the form any time to have an AI model draft or tighten up the subject and body for you.
6. Affiliate Management: copy your real, unique referral link and watch real Level 1/Level 2 commissions accumulate as people you refer make purchases — both your Payout Requests and Commission History lists have real search, sort (starting with First come, first served), and up to 100 per page. When you're ready to cash out, either submit a real payout request for manual processing, or click Convert to DreamBox Credits for an instant conversion at a real, published rate — no waiting.
7. Invoices: view every real purchase you've made or sold, with real search, sort, and pagination on both your Bought and Sold tabs, and print any of them as a clean, real invoice.

📖Level 1 vs. Level 2 commissions

Level 1 (10%): someone signs up using your own referral link, then makes a purchase — you earn 10% of what they spend.

Level 2 (5%): someone they referred (using their own link) makes a purchase — you earn 5% of that, one tier down from your own, direct referral.

1. Click GenZ Pro in the sidebar.
2. See your Current Balance — the exact same real number as your Credits page.
3. Click Set up your team, name it, and it's created as a real team — you can rename it any time, set a real daily credit budget, and invite people with a real, shareable link (anyone signed in who opens it joins instantly). Remove a member with one click, or delete the whole team if you no longer need it. You can be part of more than one team at once — your own, plus any you've joined via someone else's link — and each one shows up in its own row with the right button: Manage for a team you own, Leave for one you've joined.
4. Copy your real referral link from the Referrals card and watch real referral count, earned, and pending update.
5. Check Daily Gens for your real used/remaining/limit counts, and click +25, +50, or +75 to buy more with real credits.
6. Click Library to browse real asset counts by type, filter the list by Video/Photo/Audio/Text/Master/Short, rename or delete any asset, or click Add an asset to manually add one yourself — a real, honest way to populate your library today, since the automatic generation engine itself isn't built yet.

4. If signed in, scroll down to see the same real Team, Referrals, Usage, and Library data as the console — this page mirrors it exactly rather than showing a second, different copy.

6. Click the round chat bubble in the bottom-right corner, type a real message, and hit Send — real Dreambox staff can reply live, and your reply appears instantly without refreshing the page.

Think of a page like a stack of building blocks — a title block, a paragraph block, a picture block, a form block. Website Builder gives you real blocks you can add, remove, and reorder to build a real, live web page, no coding required. It also gives you two other real ways to build a page: a real freeform canvas where you drag things exactly where you want them, and a real HTML mode for typing or pasting code directly — plus a built-in library of ready-made sections, reusable design sections you save yourself, real Undo/Redo, and an AI assistant that can build in any of the three modes.

👣Step-by-step: How to use it

1. Click Website Builder from your dashboard sidebar or quick-access card.
2. Click Create a new real website, type a site name and a URL slug (like my-shop), and click Create Website.
3. A real homepage is created automatically with a starter Hero block and a Text block already filled in.
4. Click Manage on your new site, then click Add Page for any extra pages you want (like "About" or "Contact"). Click Edit Title/Slug any time to rename a page or change its URL.
5. Click Edit on any page to open the real editor — you'll see three real tabs at the top: Blocks, Canvas, and HTML, plus real Undo / Redo buttons that work across all three.
6. In Blocks: click any of the "+" buttons (Hero, Text, Image, Form, Divider, Social, Audio, Video, Map, Code, or Columns) to add a real block, fill in its fields, and use the ↑ / ↓ arrows to reorder or the × to remove one. Each block also has its own small "BG" color swatch if you want that one section to stand out. A Text block's own toolbar gives you real Bold, Italic, Underline, Strikethrough, font size, font color, lists, links, images, and even tables. The Columns block lets you pick 2, 3, or 4 columns and drop real text, image, or button pieces into each one independently.
7. Browse Content Blocks for six ready-made sections — Testimonial, Pricing Table, FAQ, Team Grid, Feature Grid, Call to Action — dropped in as real, fully editable blocks, not a locked template.
8. Save a section as a template: check the box on one or more blocks, click Save Selected as Template, name it, and it's saved for reuse. Click Browse Templates on any page (even a different site) to drop it back in.
9. In Canvas: click any "+" button (Text, Image, Button, Shape, Social, Audio, Video, Map, Code, Form, Table, H. Rule, V. Rule, or Section), then drag it anywhere on the real, gridded stage and resize it by dragging its corner handles. Group related pieces together in a real Section, and rotate any element freely from its own properties panel. Use the real Grid and Snap checkboxes to toggle the visible grid and 20px snapping, click Center to instantly center whatever's selected, or click Edit Photos (Photopea), Canva, or OnlyOffice to open a free editor in a new tab.
10. Canvas rulers: a real ruler runs along the top and left side of the stage for precise alignment and measurement — toggle either one on or off independently with the Ruler (top) / Ruler (side) checkboxes.
11. Canvas Layers panel: every element on the stage shows up as its own real layer, highest on top. Click the "+" in the panel header to add a new layer without scrolling back to the toolbar, double-click a layer's name to rename it, drag layers to restack them, click the eye icon to hide or show one, and use its own real Shading and Border buttons to give that whole element a background color (from theme colors, standard colors, or a custom/eyedropper pick) or a border (choose which sides, a style, and a color) — separate from anything you do to text inside it.
12. Canvas rich text: click into any real text element and a full formatting toolbar appears right in its properties panel — Bold, Italic, Underline, Strikethrough, Superscript, Subscript, font family, font size, font color, a real highlight color, text direction (left-to-right or right-to-left), bullet and numbered lists, links, images, tables, and its own real Shading and Border tools for just the selected text (not the whole element). Click the search icon for real Find & Replace right inside that text.
13. In HTML: write or paste raw HTML directly, or click Upload .html to pull in an existing file — it's split into real Head and Body pills, since a page's own CSS and meta tags live in the Head and its visible content lives in the Body; switching between them never loses what's in the other.
14. Click Page Design to set a real, page-wide font, text size, colors, and background — any individual block can still override the background just for itself.
15. Click Site Settings from the Manage page to set a real favicon (from your device, a URL, or your Asset Library) and site-wide SEO defaults — a title, description, keywords, and social share image every page falls back to unless it sets its own.
16. Click Edit Title/Slug on any page for its own title and slug, plus that one page's own SEO fields — its own title, description, keywords, social share image, and custom meta tags, which take priority over the site's own defaults field by field.
17. Try Build with AI in the panel next to the editor — pick a model (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Grok), describe what you want in plain English, and it directly adds or edits your real page for you, in whichever of the three modes you're actually using, not just suggestions to copy in yourself.
18. Click Save Page, or Download .html for a single, real file you can keep or use anywhere else.
19. Back on the Manage page, flip the Publish this real site toggle on, then click View live site to see it exactly as visitors will.

It also still automatically pulls in anything you're already selling elsewhere in Dreambox, so you never have to list things twice. Best of all, shoppers never need a Dreambox account to buy from you — it's a genuinely public storefront, and once a sale happens, real money owed to you is tracked automatically until you're paid out.

👣Step-by-step: How to use it

1. Click Store Builder from your dashboard, click Create a new real store, name it, pick a URL slug, and choose your currency.
2. Click Payout Settings from the My Stores page and choose how you'd like to be paid — PayPal, Cheque, Zelle, Cash App, ACH Transfer, or Wire Transfer — and enter that method's own details.
3. Click Manage on your new store.
4. Under Add a real store product, fill in the name, price, SKU, and inventory — plus, if you want them, a model/version, colours or variations, a sale price, a "Limited quantity" flag, a special badge like "New," an expiry date and time (shown to shoppers as a real, live countdown), up to five real pictures and one real video (upload from your device, paste a URL, or choose from your Asset Library), which of your store's own shipping options apply, which other products should show as related, and a collapsible SEO section for search engines. Click Add Product — or click Clear any time to wipe every field and start over.
5. A SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) is just your own product code — a short, unique ID you assign yourself (like SHIRT-BLU-M) to track and tell a specific product apart from the rest of your catalog.
6. Use the real search box above your product list to quickly find one by name or SKU as your catalog grows.
7. Click Store Design to fully brand your storefront — real tabs for Store Address (with a full country and state/province picker), Branding (logo, favicon, link, alignment, tagline), Menu (with real nested dropdown menus), Social (real platform icons), Footer (full alignment control, custom text), Background (color, gradient, or image), Legal, Shipping (your own named shipping options and their costs), Receipt (a custom thank-you message shown after checkout), and SEO (search-engine title, description, and social share image for your whole store).
8. On the Legal tab, click Generate next to About, Terms, Privacy Policy, or Disclaimer for a real, ready-to-use default written for your own store — then edit it with the same real rich text tools as everywhere else, including real Undo/Redo buttons right in the toolbar.
9. Scroll to see any real listings you already own from the Business Toolkit, and use the real toggle next to each one to choose whether it shows in this specific store.
10. Flip the Publish this real store toggle on, then click View live store.
11. As a shopper, click Buy Now for instant checkout, or Add To Cart to keep browsing and check out later with everything at once — no account required. After checkout, a real receipt page shows your order number, items, and total, with Print and Close buttons.
12. Click Orders any time to see what's actually sold, with buyer email and shipping address — and add a shipping carrier name and tracking number once you've shipped something. Any customer can look up their own order later using the Track Order button on your storefront, by entering their order, receipt, or tracking number.
13. Once your own, real balance from sales crosses your chosen payout method's minimum, it'll show up as ready to pay in the platform's own admin view — the real, physical sending of the money still happens manually outside of Dreambox itself, since most of these methods (Zelle, Cash App, Cheque, Wire) have no real way for any app to send money through them directly.

1. Click Funnel Builder from your dashboard sidebar.
2. Click Create Funnel, name it, then click Manage to open it.
3. Click Add Step, give it a name, pick a type (Opt-in Page, Sales Page, Upsell, Downsell, Thank You Page), and link one of your own real, already-built websites to it.
4. Steps appear as a real, connected visual flow — cards joined by arrows, in order. Drag a card to reorder it.
5. Click + A/B Test on any step to add a second real website variant — real traffic to that step splits evenly between however many variants it has, and each one tracks its own real visit and conversion count.
6. To add a real, paid add-on offer to a step, pick one of your own real, approved product listings from the "Order-bump / upsell offer" dropdown when adding the step.
7. Click Copy Link on any step to get its real, public URL — that's the one you actually share or advertise, not the website's own link directly, since this is what records the visit and (if you set one) shows the upsell offer first.

📖What each step type and term means

• Opt-in Page: where a visitor trades their contact info (usually an email) for something free, like a guide or checklist — often the very first step.
• Sales Page: makes the case for a product and asks the visitor to buy it.
• Upsell: a higher-value add-on offer shown right after a visitor says "yes" to something else — a chance to add more to what they're already buying.
• Downsell: a cheaper, simpler fallback offer shown to a visitor who said "no" to an earlier offer — a second, lower-stakes chance to say yes.
• Thank You Page: the final page a visitor lands on after completing the funnel, confirming their purchase or sign-up.
• A/B Test (split-test): showing two different designs of the same step to different visitors at random, so you can see which one actually converts better.

2. Click Add Domain and type in a real domain name you already own — no "http://" or "www" needed.
3. Dreambox runs a real, live DNS check right away and shows a real "Connected" or "Error" status — not a guess.
4. Click Assign Property on your new domain to point it at one of your real Website Builder sites or Store Builder stores.
5. Click the + icon to add a real subdomain (like "store") under a domain you already added.
6. Click the gear icon on any domain to open Records Management and add, edit, or delete its real DNS records.
7. Click the refresh icon any time to re-run the real, live DNS check on that one domain, or click Refresh Domains to re-check every domain at once.

A set of real tools only visible to staff and admin accounts — for reviewing what members create, managing accounts, and keeping the referral system honest and correctable.

👣Step-by-step: How to use it

1. Listing Approvals: every new product listing starts pending — review its real info and its own fulfillment details, then Approve or Reject (with an optional note back to the seller). Sort the list by price or name in either direction, or by creation date — it defaults to showing the very first listing ever created at the top.
2. User Management: see every real account on the platform — email, name, role, status, join date. Click any column header to sort by it (defaults to Member # in ascending order); click again to reverse the order. Suspend an account to block sign-in without deleting anything, or delete one permanently (admin accounts can't be deleted).
3. Referrals: see every real member and who referred them, including accounts that defaulted to the platform's own founding account instead of a genuine referral. Click Edit next to any member (except the founding account itself) to correct their real referrer — enter a new member number, or leave it blank to clear it back to the default. Every correction is recorded right in the table: an Updated column shows the date it was changed, and an Updated by column shows which admin made the change.
4. Support Tickets Inbox: every real member's support ticket, not just your own — search, sort, and page through them, then reply (it shows up on the member's own ticket right away), change status, edit the subject or body, or delete a ticket outright. Moving a ticket to Pending or Closed automatically sends the member a real message explaining the change. You can also log a new ticket yourself on a member's behalf by typing in their email.
5. Support Chat Inbox: a second, separate inbox for the live chat widget members see on the Support pages — every open conversation in one place, with an "Available for new chats" toggle so you can step away without being interrupted. Turn it on and a new chat is automatically routed to you (or another available teammate) the moment a member sends their first message.
6. Incoming chat alerts: when a chat is routed to you, a banner appears at the top of the screen — wherever you are in the app, not just the inbox itself — with a blinking dot and a short chime, showing who's waiting. Accept opens the conversation right away and marks you busy so you won't be routed a second one at the same time; Reject passes it straight to the next available teammate. Leave it unanswered for 2 minutes and it moves on for you automatically. Once you're done, click "End chat" in that conversation to mark yourself available again.
